Grupo Sable
History

40 years creating, scaling, and selling companies.

Every exit is proof that we know how to build companies that endure. The track record is the holding's backbone and the strongest differentiator against other technology conglomerates in the region.

Companies created in Latin America, integrated into global leaders.

Every company we sold ended up in the hands of the reference player in its industry: SONDA, EQUIFAX, ADP, AKKR, SOVOS, and VISMA. This is the chain of transactions that defines Grupo Sable.

Manifesto

We build to endure.

Sable is not a fund: we are not venture capital, we are not private equity. We are an operating holding: owners of companies that we operate, scale, and, when the time is right, we sell.

That difference is what makes it possible to claim four decades of trajectory with a track record of exits that few Latin American conglomerates can show. We don't invest to wait; we invest to build.

Every exit closed with the global reference in its industry: SONDA, EQUIFAX, ADP, AKKR, SOVOS, and VISMA. The companies that grew inside the ecosystem found the right owner for their next stage.

Discover today's ecosystem.

Six verticals operating, several companies scaling.
